Peterborough Schools Table Tennis Tournament

The Annual Peterborough Schools Table Tennis Tournament took place over two weeks, hosted by Jack Hunt School. Teams from schools across Peterborough competed in the Doubles and Singles events which included over 40 students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The eventual winners in the Doubles event were teams from St John Fisher.  The Singles event saw players representing schools from across the city again with another hotly contested win in both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 by St John Fisher winning in both age groups.

Jack Hunt School’s success came in the Key Stage 4 Tournament with Matija Zivotic playing up an age group finishing joint 3rd and Greta Pocaite finishing as runner up in the boys tournament. Greta was playing in the boys groups as no other Key Stage 4 girls attended. A fantastic achievement from our students and we would like to congratulate St John Fisher on their success.
