Take Over Day 2019

I’d like to know more about being a senior member of staff – how do the Senior Leadership Team work to lead a large school?

I love practical work in Science– how does the Senior Lab Technician support Science Teachers?

I’d like to know how the curriculum is managed – how is this done by a Curriculum Leader?

I want to inspire and educate young children – what is it like to teach at a primary school?

I’d really like to advance medical science – how does a Biomedical Scientist do this?

I’m really interested in business and economics – what is it like to be an Accountant?

I’m thinking of a career in law – how does the Practice Development Team support a legal-based workforce?

Our annual ‘Take Over Day’ continues to be a great success and I am really pleased we are again offering our students the opportunity to ‘take over’ a variety of job roles. Positions are available, not only in Jack Hunt School, but also, with our partner primary schools, Anglian Water, Peterborough City Hospital, Moore Stephens Accountancy, Greenwoods Solicitors, R G Carters and Cambs Constabulary. Take Over Day is on Wednesday 13 February 2019 and there are approximately 70 different positions to apply for.
