  • An Invitation to Parents - Safer Internet Drop-in Event 26th February

  • Keep Busy over Half Term with the Jack Hunt Cluster Holiday Club

  • 'Fame' comes to Jack Hunt

    Tonight, Tuesday 11 February, sees the opening night of this year's school production, Fame the Musical.

  • Deaf Students win uSpark Film Award

    Fifteen Jack Hunt deaf and disabled students entered the uSpark Short Film Competition with 4 short films about someone or something that inspired, motivated or was a positive influence. Calum Daly, Katie Bocking, Tara Forkin and Zaimah Shah won the '3-5 minute' category with their subtitled film about Cochlear Implants. 
  • Commemorating Katharine of Aragon

    Year 10 student, Thomas Miller commemorated Katharine of Aragon, Henry VIII's first wife with a Bible reading in Spanish at the Commemmorative Service in Peterborough Cathedral.  The service launches the annual
    3-day Festival celebrating Katharine's life and Tudor lifestyle.

  • Students Launch ‘Kindness Grows’ initiative to support Holocaust Charity

    In recognition of the recent Holocaust Memorial Day, Jack Hunt’s Pledge Against Prejudice group has launched a new fundraising initiative in the school, designed to increase awareness and spread the message “Kindness Grows”.  The initiative raises funds for the Holocaust Education Trust and Pledge Against Prejudice group initiatives. 

  • ‘Communication Leaders’ Impress at SSAT Conference

    Here at Jack Hunt School we have a diverse intake of students from many ethnic backgrounds, speaking 66 different languages now spoken in school.  Amongst these students are those who are Advanced Bilingual Learners who speak a number of different languages well.

  • Announcement: Year 9 Options Events

    It is an important time of year for Year 9 students as they are about to make their options choices for Year 10 and 11.

    The students will have the option process and the new subjects available to them explained at a special extended assembly on Monday 27th January.  Parents and students are also invited to attend the Options Information Evening on Tuesday 28th January at 6.30pm.

  • Table Tennis Champion Inspires Primary and Secondary Students

    Over 125 eager and excited primary school students, from across the Jack Hunt Cluster, were inspired by Gareth Herbert, former Commonwealth Gold Medal Table Tennis Champion at Jack Hunt School.

  • Senior Citizens Entertained by Students at Annual Christmas Party

    On Monday 16 December senior local residents and those with connections to the school were invited to attend the annual Community Christmas party organised by Jack Hunt students. The party is an excellent opportunity for members of the local community to learn more about the school and socialise with students.
