Two and a half hours in the students have arrived!

Mr Ward began cycling at 7.05 this morning and is still going strong after 2 hours and 40 minutes. So far he's had two breakfasts and had a visit from the baby chicks but now the real work begins as he attempts to teach his year 9s whilst continuing to cycle.

At this moment room 104 is full of year 9 students diligently completing their Sign of Four revision booklets as their teacher gives out commands from the front of the room - so far so usual...however today Mr Ward is slightly more red faced and clammy than usual and he is describing his padded shorts to the students!

A visit from the MFL department brings further donations - so far he has raised £395 for Sue Ryder.
